At Work with Mom

 

Since I volunteered to chaperone an event at work, I decided to bring along a helper. 
(Well, Rob actually delivered me a helper after circus class; thanks husband!) 

Arthur and his new friend (another teacher's son) got to hang in the computer lab and design games!

There was intense concentration.
(and eventually, a few tears when things didn't go as planned)

But he rallied and he and his new friend won the "Rising Star Award"
(aka getting a small toy)

The kids played in my office for a while, and I got out my arts and crafts supplies for them, including the googly eye stickers.

This magnet on my desk got a little extra flair.
